BARIATU

The construction of the present bungalow was completed in 1976 with the help of the Holy Cross Sisters of Burdwan Compound.  As the school started functioning in 1977, the Ranchi Parish took it as a sub-station and Fathers from Ranchi came to celebrate Mass in the school hall on Sundays, Feast days and on special occasions for the workers in RMCH and in Government and non-government offices.

Jyoti Bhawan Bal Niketan (Montessori School) was started by the Sisters, as said above, in January 1977 with admissions of children to it.  Teaching began from 21.2.77.
