CONGREGATION OF TERESIAN CARMELITES

The Congregation was founded on 13.02.1866 at Koonammavu in the Archdiocese of Verapoli in Kerala.  Its charism is prayer life and active service of people according to the needs of time and place.  The sisters came to the Archdiocese in June 2002.
